You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@torusautomations.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Dreamweave helps communities orchestrate agentic media workflows. You must not misuse the service to infringe intellectual property, violate applicable laws, or create content that harms others. Upload or use only materials that you own or are explicitly licensed to use.
All Dreamweave software, branding, and content created by Torus Automations remains our intellectual property. You retain ownership of assets you import or generate, subject to licences you grant us to operate and improve the service.
You confirm that any file, dataset, or media asset you upload or use is cleared for Dreamweave. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all rights, permissions, and licences for uploaded or deployed content and for any claims that arise from it. Torus Automations does not assume liability for copyright infringements or unlawful uses performed by users.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. If a change has material impact we will communicate updates via email or in‑product notifications.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or expose the platform to security risks. You may cancel at any time by contacting support; upon cancellation you remain responsible for outstanding fees.
Dreamweave is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Torus Automations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
