How we use data
We use personal data to operate Dreamweave, provide customer support, secure the platform, and communicate product updates. Aggregated or anonymised insights help us plan new features without exposing individual information.
Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with vetted subprocessors necessary to deliver the service, or when required by law. When possible we notify you before responding to lawful requests.
Data retention
Workspace assets remain available while your subscription is active. If you close an account, we delete or anonymise personal data within 60 days unless retention is required for legal, billing, or security reasons.
Your choices
You can access, update, or delete personal data from workspace settings or by emailing privacy@torus-automations.xyz. You may opt out of marketing communications using unsubscribe links in our emails.
Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular audits to protect your data. Report urgent security issues to info@torus-automations.xyz so we can triage immediately.
International transfers
Dreamweave infrastructure relies on cloud providers that may process data outside your home region. When we move data across borders we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Children's privacy
Dreamweave is not directed to individuals under 16. If we discover we have collected personal data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date. Significant changes will be communicated directly to workspace owners.
